Our mission is to help people live healthy lives by advancing medical discovery, diagnostics, and care. With a presence in over 50 countries-and over 10,000 associates across Greater Asia-we work together to make healthcare more effective, accessible, and safe.

We are currently designing AI-enabled and future-focused learning and development programs for leaders and managers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative work that will shape the next generation of leadership at BD. You'll also assist with regional strategic high-impact projects, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration, enterprise-level thinking, and the opportunity to influence how we build leadership capability across the region. This work is deeply aligned with the vision of our VP, HR, who champions building a future-fit organization by accelerating talent readiness, simplifying systems, and empowering leadership across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Talent Programs: Help coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the region.
- Contribute to Strategic Projects: Assist with regional high-impact initiatives that drive leadership development, talent readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to support talent initiatives.
- Help with Communication: Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for talent programs and events.
- Learn and Grow: Participate in BD University sessions and gain exposure to leadership development tools like LEAP, RISE, and Powerskills.
- Engage with Strategic Processes: Support performance management, development planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys in collaboration with the Associate Shared Services Center (ASC).

What You Bring

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. MBA students are welcome and encouraged to apply.

- Creativity and strong communication skills, with an interest in instructional design, project management, and digital learning.
- Frequent user of tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, with a desire to explore how technology can enhance learning and leadership development.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive, proactive attitude.
