Qualifications:
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of compliance, leadership, supervisory, orientation, and soft skills training programs.
- Ensure all training activities meet the requirements of the Department of Skill Development and are audit-ready.
- Continuously improve training content based on employee feedback, business needs, and evolving industry standards.
- Partner with managers and site leaders to align training initiatives with operational priorities and workforce capability needs.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Leverage the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) to track training records, monitor completion rates, and measure the impact of learning programs on employee performance.
Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Drive talent development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and leadership readiness across all levels.
- Lead succession planning processes, ensuring identification of high-potential employees and creation of tailored development plans.
- Partner with HRBP and site leaders to build career progression frameworks and leadership pipelines aligned with global talent strategies.
- Integrate succession planning with performance management to ensure development actions are linked to measurable outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers to foster a culture of continuous growth, accountability, and leadership development.
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring consistency and fairness across the site.
- Manage employee survey processes, analyze results, and support action planning to improve morale and retention.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and engagement across departments.
Global Program Alignment
- Ensure local learning and development initiatives align with global HR programs and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between local HR and global L&D teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report learning metrics including participation, completion rates, and impact on performance.
- Provide insights to leadership on training ROI and workforce capability development.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor L&D staff members, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Delegate tasks and monitor workload distribution to optimize team efficiency.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development planning for direct reports.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred but not required.
- Professional certifications such as CPTD, CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Training in instructional design, coaching, or leadership development is a plus.
- 8 years of progressive HR or L&D experience in a large-scale, multi-national manufacturing environment.
- Experience in electronics or high-tech OEM/contract manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs and managing talent development initiatives.
- 5 years in a supervisory or lead HR Learning and Development role.
- Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone).
- Ability to use data analytics tools for tracking learning metrics and identifying trends.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- L&D frameworks: Understanding of competency models, learning pathways, and leadership development architectures.
- Instructional design: Adult learning principles, blended learning, e-learning design, and facilitation best practices.
- Talent and succession: Methods for identifying high-potential talent, readiness assessment, and succession planning.
- Systems and analytics: LMS administration (SuccessFactors), HRIS literacy, and metrics for learning effectiveness and ROI.
- Regulatory compliance: Thai labor law basics and Department of Skill Development requirements for training compliance.
