Job Description

The Talent Management will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees within UOB (Thai). This role focuses on optimizing our human capital to drive organizational success and foster a culture of continuous growth and performance.
• Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Partner closely with Group HR Strategy to manage the end‑to‑end Employee Engagement Survey process, including data analysis, insights sharing, and action planning.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Functional Representatives to develop and implement effective function‑level engagement action plans.

• Employee Recognition Programs

  • Lead the implementation of key recognition programs, including the UOB Award, North Star Award, local UOBT Award, and Pinnacle Award.
  • Support initiatives that celebrate employees who drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, customer service excellence, sustainability, and AI‑driven innovation.

• HR Branding & Awards

  • Strengthen HR branding by preparing high‑quality written nominations for HR awards.

• Talent & Leadership Development Support

  • Provide Talent & Leadership Development implementations to support VP, Talent Management, across talent initiatives—spanning Young Talents (MA Program), existing talent pools, leadership development programs (country & Group).

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Talent Management roles within a large organization, preferably in the financial services sector.
* Proven track record in designing and implementing successful talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.
* Strong understanding of performance management methodologies, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential.
