Talent Program Management Specialist (HROD)

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to support Group HR excellence. This role focuses on HR awards management, internal advisory support, and HR research & insights, helping elevate HR strategy and organization development capabilities across the Group.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate HR awards submissions across the Group, consolidating data, crafting compelling narratives, and managing cross-functional timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio companies through proactive knowledge sharing and engagement.
• Serve as an internal HR advisor to portfolio companies on organization structure design, workforce planning, organization transformation, and talent management initiatives.
• Monitor emerging trends in HR strategy, organization development, and operating models.
• Explore relevant HR technologies and innovations that can enhance HR effectiveness.
• Synthesize research insights into clear, practical recommendations and executive-ready presentations for stakeholders.

• Proven experience in both an HR consulting firm and a corporate HR environment.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, organization development, organization transformation, workforce planning, and project management.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capability.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or FinTech industry is an advantage.
