Evaluate emerging trends and technological advancements in the field. Create and implement tactical plans to meet performance metrics and financial targets. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Master proficiency in Transformation Strategy. A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced proficiency in Change Management. Intermediate proficiency in Organizational Development. Expert proficiency in Employee Engagement.
