Tax and Customs Consultant

As a Tax and Customs - Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in advising local and international clients on customs, import and export regulations, excise tax, and international trade matters. This role offers strong exposure to complex cross-border transactions, close collaboration with government authorities, and the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise while growing your career in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research and drafting advice on customs, import and export regulations, and excise tax matters, including valuation, Harmonized System (HS) classification, rules of origin, duty and tax privilege schemes, and cross border indirect tax structuring.
• Assist on customs, import and export compliance reviews, due diligence, and customs dispute resolution.
• Assist in conducting business development.
• Share knowledge through client training and internal collaboration, contributing to team capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in customs, trade, import and export regulatory advisory.
• Strong understanding of Thai customs and excise tax regulations, import and export regulations, FTAs, and trade incentives schemes.
• Strong verbal and written skills in Thai and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office solutions.
