About the Role
As an Assistant Manager - Manager you will work closely with the leadership team within the line of service and increasingly across the business. You will provide quality client services, meeting business objectives, delivering other priorities and to provide support and assistance to team members in their development.
Responsibilities
- Entry level management role with team in delivery of a small to medium portfolio of outsourced tax
- Assist in finalization of corporate secretarial documents
- Assistance in delivery of large complex engagements
- Assist with scoping and budgeting of jobs and take on process
- Assistance with delivery of advisory related engagements
- Understanding client business and regulatory requirements to assist with review and finalization of registration/application forms.
- Efficient and effective deliver of engagement/tasks on time and on budget, and in compliance with quality and risk standards including ISQC1 and firm policies and procedures, and in accordance with exceptional client services.Identifying opportunities for improvement and assist development of solutions internally and externally, including digital solutions
- Important role in assisting coaching and training for staff on the job and formal training
- Take responsibility for personal development and growth
- Work effectively as part of a team in and development as a leader, and active involvement in knowledge sharing and thought leadership
- Undertake business development activities and ensure active on social media platforms
- Building and maintaining a network internally and externally, and staying aware of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years experience in relevant
- field.Strong English skills both spoken and written
- Team player with positive mindset.
