Tax Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Participate in client engagements by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax services; devise, plan and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues.
• Prepare and/or review returns for corporate, partnership, or individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax return, estimated payments and extensions,
• Support Tax Staff in delivering including coaching and reviewing their work.
• Review extensions and quarterly estimates Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing them.

Qualifications

• Graduate / PG OR CPA is preferred with 3 + years of experience in US taxation.
• Communication should be Excellent.
• Review experience is mandate.
• Required: Experience with 1065 (Partnership) – 60% - 70% , 1120 (Corporation), 1120S (Small Corporation) – 30% - 40%
• Preferred: Experience with any one of 1040/1041/990/5500 as an additional combination
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess Software or SurePrep tools, if they don't have this, we can process candidates with other tool experience as well
