Job Description
To respond to operating machines in the Tire Building production area to achieve the production volume targeted, quality of product conforming with standard and safety of the working environment
- Be proficient in operating machines in the Tire Building production area
- Maintain and improve the quality of Carcass and Green Tires produced by the Tire Building production area
- Comply with safety regulations to perform any operation
- Report to Deputy Tire Building area Manager
Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards
Conduct operators in Tire Building Machines to result in the output that meets the production plan per each shift
Arrange carrier, e.g. cassette, to handle stock of output
Preparing and planning for maintenance TB tooling.
Ordering and controlling spare parts/another part of TB tooling.
Advise operators to produce Carcass and Green Tires which meet the quality standard
Understand types of defects and advise operators to avoid making mistakes that cause the defect
Understand the risk effect of quality issues from tooling
Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development
Advise operators to utilize given resources worthily

Qualifications
High vocational certificate with or any related field
0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management
0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
2D/3D knowleage
Able to design and improve tooling
Able to use Microsoft office
