Propose technical parameters related to new equipment and new tooling.
Keep abreast of the development of tire production processes and equipment, carry out applied research on new equipment and new processes, be responsible for organizing the planning, development and application of new processes and technologies, and coordinate efforts to tackle technical difficulties during the implementation process.
