Your role
- Provide administrative support to the team while progressively taking on a range of project‑related coordination tasks
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow‑up actions
- Arrange travel and accommodation for team members as required
- Support the Team Leader with meeting coordination and general administrative assistance
- Work closely with the project team to coordinate ongoing project activities and collaboration with Siemens external partners
Your Qualifications And Skills To Create a Better Tomorrow
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a team or administrative support role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Ability to work independently within your area of responsibility while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with office applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Fluent business communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken
