Team Head, freight forwarding (Based in Bangkok Thailand)

Our client is a logistics group that provides multinational forwarders such as airlines , shipping line warehousing, ecommerce express parcel agency services etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Team Head and the position is based in Bangkok Thailand.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals to provide them guidance and support
• Identify and execute operational improvement strategies
• Maintain relationships with clients and business partners
• Lead and motivate team members
• Oversee and manage the overall business revenue
• Collaborate with other offices to provide local business insights and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate performance and productivity
• Other ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or other qualifications
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics industry, familiarize with international freight forwarder
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of Thailand logistics industry trend and market landscape
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Native Thai language
