Vice President SME/Commercial Business (Metropolitan & Provincial)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive SME business growth across Bangkok and upcountry areas to achieve portfolio, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Manage and coach Relationship Manager (RM) team to acquire new SME clients, retain existing customers, and maximize up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across LHB & LHFG products.
- Build strong relationships with key SME clients with deep understanding of economic conditions and clients business environments in both Bangkok and provincial markets.
- Oversee end-to-end credit processes including credit analysis, approval, contract execution, loan classification, and annual account reviews to ensure efficient turnaround time and optimal NPL levels.
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, Code of Conduct, and Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations.
- Act as customer owner to deliver excellent customer experience and long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in SME / Commercial Banking.
- Proven experience in managing RM or sales teams covering Bangkok and provincial areas.
- Strong knowledge of SME credit analysis, risk management, and banking products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
