The Team Leader of Bangkok Mixing Team (STS) is responsible for continuously developing and improving AI audio initiatives and management matters, including capacity planning and cost tracking, as well as overseeing and documenting all aspects of the production. The Team Leader will work closely with Production Manager and/or client servicing departments to make sure that the workflow and direction of AI production is efficient, on track and in order.

KPIs / deliverables:
- Monitoring productivity and utilization of production per standards.
- Keeping on-time and right first-time delivery metrics.
- Provide suggestions or proposals based on excellent knowledge of audio mixing and QC workflow.
- Give guidance and monitor team member's performance to meet expected standards.
Responsibilities:
- Shared ownership of resource management and client service communication with Production Manager.
- Keeping clear and effective communication across production, upstream and downstream.
- Oversee entire production interactions; from initial project kick-off or technical inquiry through delivery and rejection/postmortem processes.
- Assessing and forecasting production risks and issues; and providing solutions where applicable.
- Constantly improving and adapting to new technology, both traditional and AI, and conduct initiatives to implementation in the workflow.
- Suggest and partake in maintenance of best practices or methods of workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain and update monthly capacity, KPI and revenue data and reports.
- Track and manage workload, reporting any concerns to Production Manager for any necessary strategic changes to meet project or client needs.
- Design and deliver targeted training initiatives to upskill the team and address identified capability gaps.
- Support Production Manager in moderating conference calls to brief and discuss with internal production, client service or other production teams on project requirements as necessary.
- Undertake additional tasks and project-based work as assigned by the management team.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience: [3+] years of experience in production management, media operations, or post-production supervision, with at least [1+] years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of audio technology and audio theory
- Experience with any AI tools or programs
- Willingness to work onsite at the Bangkok hub.
Essential:
- Working knowledge of dubbing or localization workflows
- Working collaboratively while managing a large team of 20+ employees, including customer-specific requirements for each project.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Audio Engineering, Sound Production, or related fields.
Desirable:
- Advanced skill in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
- Strong public speaking skills
