Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Team Lead – Sales to lead a team of Sales Executives in achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills, along with a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and project sales.

* Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

* Assign leads effectively and ensure timely customer engagement.

* Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

* Support the team during client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

* Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

* Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

* Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.

* Address customer escalations and resolve issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

* MBA is preferred.

* 4–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role within the real estate industry.

* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills

* In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
