Assembly Production Team Leader
The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of production workers to ensure efficient operations and meet production targets. This role acts as a bridge between frontline workers and production management, ensuring products are made safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve daily production goals.
Production Oversight
Manage daily workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure the production schedule is met.
Quality Assurance
Monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members wear appropriate protective gear (PPE). (PPE)
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S. Lean Manufacturing 5S
Reporting
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report daily production results to management. (KPIs)
Problem Solving
Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues and machine malfunctions. (Root Cause Analysis)
Qualifications & Skills
Education :
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience
Minimum 58 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. 58
Leadership
Proven experience in a supervisory or support team lead role.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production systems (e.g., ERP or SAP-ME). MS Office ERP SAP-ME
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English (if required). ()
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
