Team Leader - Concierge

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Concierge is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the guest service department to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel front office or concierge experience, preferably in a hotel, resort or hospitality service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
