Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Ensure all HR policies, SOPs, and processes are implemented consistently and in compliance with Thai labour laws and company standards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and reports, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Act as the primary HR contact for the Thailand team and a key liaison with regional/global HR stakeholders.
Payroll, Compensation & Budget Control
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, tax filings, and year-end statutory submissions in Thailand (e.g. PND1, PND91).
- Manage HR budgets, headcount planning, and personnel cost tracking, ensuring alignment with business forecasts.
- Maintain payroll, compensation, and benefits records to meet audit and reporting requirements.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Drive performance appraisal processes aligned with business objectives and employee development.
- Identify performance gaps and development needs, proposing appropriate training or improvement initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance collaboration, morale, and organizational culture.
- Develop action plan, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events (Such as town halls, team-building activities and company celebrations).
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze the employee feedback to
- identify trends and improvement areas.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Manage the recruitment activities for the Thailand office, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the local market.
Office & Facilities Management
- Lead office and facilities operations, ensuring alignment with business needs, workplace standards, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee vendor performance, office security, and facilities standards to support a safe, productive, and scalable working environment.
IT Coordination
- Coordinate with IT teams on employee onboarding/offboarding, IT asset allocation, and system access readiness.
- Support smooth day-to-day IT-related operations from an HR and office administration perspective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 7 years above in human resources and office administration roles, with a demonstrable track record in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Thailand HR policies, local labour laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, creative and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and build strong relationships.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai to effectively communicate with both local and international stakeholders. Alternatively, fluency in spoken and written Chinese and Thai is welcomed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
