Job Description

You will coordinate, control, and maintain all corporate IT systemshardware, software, and hotel-specific applicationsso that every team member can work efficiently and every guest touch point functions without interruption. From Active Directory administration to frontline help-desk support, youll be the go-to expert who keeps our digital backbone healthy and secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware & Peripherals Plan, deploy, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals for the Corporate Office.

  • System Administration & Help-Desk

- Perform day-to-day administration of Windows servers and end-user devices.

- Provide Tier-1/Tier-2 support, software installation, and user training to boost productivity.

  • Active Directory & Access Control Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts; enforce security policies and audit compliance.

  • Ticket Management Track incidents in the help-desk system and drive fast resolution in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Hotel Application Support Liaise with property IT teams, troubleshoot hotel-specific systems, and escalate to vendors or regional support where needed.

  • Ad-hoc Projects & Tasks Tackle other assignments from management to improve IT operations and service quality.
