Job Description

Job Purpose:

Team Manager-Media, Partnership & Corporate Communication acts as a centralized leader under the Corporate Marketing Media & Partnership team, connecting all brands under The Minor Food Group. This role oversees grouplevel media performance, leads corporate partnerships and external collaborations, drives corporate communication and storytelling, and guides social content creation across the organization. The position also serves as the main corporate contact for media consultants, strategic partners, and crossfunctional teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and strong business impact. This role manages a small team and works closely with multiple stakeholders across the group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee grouplevel media performance across all Minor Food brands and consolidate insights into clear, actionable summaries for management (no handson execution).
  • Serve as the primary corporate contact for media consultants, platforms, and brand media teams to ensure alignment with group direction and shared objectives.
  • Explore, evaluate, and negotiate new media opportunities and partnerships that enhance crossbrand visibility and deliver incremental value.
  • Lead partnership development with external organizations, including joint campaigns, collaboration projects, comarketing initiatives, and expansion of corporatelevel voucher partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, external stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support integrated group initiatives.
  • Drive corporate communication efforts, including leadership announcements, corporate messaging, storytelling, and brand reputation content.
  • Lead and guide social content creation for corporate and crossbrand usage while developing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring smooth coordination with brand teams.
  • Adapt approved PR messages into digital and social-ready content formats.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate content and official external communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • 610 years of experience in media, partnerships, corporate communications, or integrated marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience collaborating with media agencies, platforms, and external partners, with proven ability to evaluate and negotiate partnership opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across brands, business units, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • High-level understanding of digital media performance and analytics (no execution required).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights.
