Job Description

Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoicing and receiving processes, preparing balance reconciliations and purchasing requisitions, and coordinating with internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting transactions and assist with monthly account closing
  • Handle invoicing and receiving processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Follow up on and collect outstanding unpaid invoices
  • Prepare monthly balance reconciliations
  • Prepare purchasing requisitions in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain well-organized documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams across departments
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and office logistics
