YOUR MISSION:

The purpose of this role is to take care of all the important financial functions of an organization. The person in charge should maintain a far sightedness in order to ensure that the funds are utilized in the most efficient manner. He/she actions directly affect the profitability, growth and goodwill of the company. The incumbent must be familiar with local finance operations, laws, taxation and able to setup the overall financial aspects of the company from scratch.

Task 1:

  • Manage Finance report monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
  • Manage Budget/Forecast and another reporting in Puma system including annotations and reference to the management and accordingly to the business unit
  • Manage /Update Cashflow projection
  • Analyze financial data and crate financial models for decision support
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership to review
  • Working closely accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and material
  • Ensure reporting timeliness and accuracy. Liaise with Auditors and Tax, Banking and Legal advisors
  • Compilation and coordination of the budgets /forecasts with the business units and functions. Compilation of external reporting per that statutory requirement. Ensure reporting timeliness and accuracy. Liaise with Auditors and Tax, Banking and Legal advisors

Task 2:

  • Interception of the cost budgets and monitoring the execution of the financial plans. Support management in all optional matters such as strategic financial engineering, upgrade of controlling tools, change system, efficient project management, compilation of presentations, e.g budget reviews or business /operating reviews and any other ad-hoc projects.

Task 3:

  • Ensure implementation of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures as well as maintenance of the accounting system

Task 4:

  • Develop detailed and meaningful analysis per country, business, customers, and over specific issues if needed, in order to facilitate management decision making.

Task 5:

  • Assist in setting up and monitoring an effective controlled operational workflow that can utilize the potential of the subordinates. Train, motivate and develop the supporting team to ensure delivery of the functional targets.

Task 6:

  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Must have CPD, CPA preferred
  • 7 - 10 years experience in finance or accounting position. Trained from big 4 for at least 3 years is preferable and Industry: Retail, Sports, Fashion, FMCG.
  • Good communication in English
