Job Description
- Manage and oversee the finance and accounting team, ensuring effective financial operations.
- Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and variance analysis between budget and actual results.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with TFRS, supporting FP&A and other departments.
- Supervise full set accounting processes (Balance Sheet, P&L, GL, reconciliations, AR/AP aging, reporting packages to parent company).
- Ensure proper financial controls, internal procedures, and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PND.50/51, BOT reports).
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, providing insights for management reports and presentations.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, actuaries, and legal advisors to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
- Develop, train, and motivate the finance team to improve internal processes, quality control, and support business operations with ad-hoc analysis.
