What you'll do:
Technology & Laboratories Technical Leader supports Technology & Laboratories Technical Information for Fabric Care and Dish Care to Technical Leader and Project Leader. Work with Technology team, Laboratories team and Project planner to align activities regarding Generation Plan, Cost, Quality and Technology Road Map, and consolidate checkpoint material and project budget.
In detail, you will:
- Coordinate with Technology team and consolidate all technical information
- Collaborate with Laboratories test and consolidate all technical information
- Align with Project planner and consolidate project timing and resource planning in Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Partner with Technology & Laboratories Manager for Project Portfolio and Project budget.
- Support Technical Leader and Project Leader and support for Technology & Laboratories information
- Guide as Technical Leader for project initiation originating from Technology & Laboratories
- Coordinate with Global technology/laboratory and Project Leader to ensure that all aligned in target and results.
- Prioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Identify and solve problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures.
- Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years experience in R&D or project management with knowledge in International and National standard for household appliances
- Experience in ISO/IEC 17025
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders across functions
- Demonstrates a strong quality and safetyfocused mindset in all activities
- Shows openness and transparency when interacting across internal and external stakeholders
- Operates in a reactive and proactive manner, working efficiently and adapting flexibly to deliver results
- Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze complex data, translating insights into meaningful information that supports decisionmaking
- Build trusting relationships and communicates effectively across teams and functions; able to manage shifting priorities with confidence
- Maintain a strong consumer- and customercentric mindset, applying an outsidein perspective to foster collaboration, leverage diverse viewpoints, and encourage open feedback
- Effectively manages changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
Where you'll be:
You will be based in our Rayong plant and report to Technology & Laboratory Sr. Manager, Technology & Laboratories APAC.
