A detail-oriented and experienced technical leader who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and team leadership. What You'll Do
- Drive digital transformation as the primary focus — design and deliver innovative ideas and solutions that go beyond market trends, align with stakeholder needs, and build flexible systems that scale up and out with demand
- Work closely with the Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and delivery timeline for each release
- Lead one or more development squads within the Supply Chain tech team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members
- Champion innovative ideas and solutions that enable the team to tackle complex problems effectively
- Provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, leveraging technical expertise to ensure backlog items are well-defined and sprint-ready
- Uphold and enforce code quality standards to meet the team's engineering goals
- Actively participate in designing and building complex systems and architectures

Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of backend OOP languages, preferably Java, Golang, Node.js or other open-source technologies
- Some experience in programming languages like React, Typescript or Javascript.
- Experience with relational database querying using SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with GitOps environments such as ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar tools
- Experience with automated code deployment tools such as CircleCI, Git Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
- Experience with container technologies Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of guiding and growing engineering teams
- Experience with complex systems and a solid understanding of open API standards and service-oriented architecture
Nice to Have
- Experience in supply chain domains such as logistics, warehouse management, procurement, or inventory systems is a plus but not required
