Location: Thailand

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead - JAVA Programmer to join our dynamic team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the development squad, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Programming Language: Java
  • Core Concepts: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns
  • Frameworks and Libraries: Spring, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle
  • Testing Tools: JUnit, TestNG
  • Version Control and CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Docker
  • DevOps Practices
  • Databases: SQL and NoSQL; Oracle and Microsoft databases

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
  • Oversee and manage the squad of developers, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  1. Code Quality:
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the quality of Java source code.
  1. Testing and Validation:
  • Verify unit tests align with requirements.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of unit testing and package version control.
  1. Project Tracking:
  • Manage Jira tickets and maintain Confluence documentation to ensure accurate task tracking and communication.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with IT Solution Architects and IT Testers to align technical and business requirements.
  1. System Integration:
  • Provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) phases.
