Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Category Managers across the portfolio — set priorities, review deliverables, coach for performance, and ensure consistent governance standards
IT Professional Services & IT Consulting
- Own category strategy and run competitive bidding programs (RFP / RFQ / e-Auction) for IT Professional Services and IT Consulting — covering system implementation, IT advisory, digital transformation, program management, and managed services — across all SCBX entities
- Manage preferred vendor panels, rate cards, and contract frameworks; prepare GVSC submission packages from evaluation through committee recommendation
IT Staff Augmentation
- Own the Group IT Staff Augmentation program — vendor panel, rate card governance, skill taxonomy, demand planning, and annual panel review
Cybersecurity Services
- Lead sourcing for strategic cybersecurity engagements — SOC, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security tool implementation — including technical evaluation of vendor credentials and certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Vendor & Contract Governance
- Drive SLA performance monitoring, quarterly business reviews, TPRM assessments, and contract management across the category portfolio
Knowledge, Skills, and Competency
Experience & Background
- 8–12 years of procurement experience, with 5+ years in IT / Technology categories
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of Category Managers or procurement professionals
- Proven track record leading complex RFP/RFQ processes for Professional Services or IT engagements (TCV THB 50M+)
- Hands-on experience managing IT Staff Augmentation programs including vendor panels and rate card governance
- Background in Cybersecurity services procurement or Technology Consulting in corporate or financial services
- Experience in multi-entity / holding company procurement preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion or equivalent ERP procurement workflows
Skills & Qualifications
- Business-level English — able to write RFP documentation, present to committees, and negotiate directly with international vendors
- Strong analytical skills: spend analysis, vendor scoring, commercial modelling (Excel / BI tools)
- Confident presenting to C-level and senior governance committees.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Cyber certification (CISM, CISSP, ITIL) is a plus
