About this Role
As a Tech Platform Product Manager, you will own the vision and strategy for our core platform, infrastructure, and internal tools. This role is critical to ensuring our systems are scalable, stable, and able to support fast-growing business operations. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to shape how different systems interactdriving architectural alignment, improving performance, and enabling product scalability.
We're looking for a technically fluent, systems-thinking product leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can influence both product direction and technical execution.
What you will do
- Drive Technical Roadmaps:Define and own the platform product roadmapfocusing on scalability, reliability, system architecture, and how modules integrate across the ecosystem.
- Lead Technical Alignment:Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure platform direction supports product scalability and cohesive system interaction.
- Translate Business into Architecture:Bridge business requirements and platform capabilitiesturning abstract business goals into system-level product strategies.
- Prioritize with Purpose:Own the backlog, define product specs, manage trade-offs, and prioritize technical initiatives with your squad.
- Measure & Optimize:Define platform success metrics, track performance post-launch, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate Effectively:Clearly articulate goals, trade-offs, and decisions across technical and non-technical audiencesfrom engineers to executives.
- Drive with Data:Use data, experiments, and technical research to guide platform decisions and validate assumptions.
What we are looking for
- Strong passion for building platforms that drive long-term scalability and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in product management, ideally in platform, infrastructure, or internal tools
- Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritization and decision-making
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Clear, concise communicator able to align diverse stakeholders across business and engineering
