The opportunity
This role is built for a technical product leader someone who has written code, understands how software is really built, and now wants full ownership of outcomes.
Based in Bangkok, you'll work with global clients while operating as a trusted product partner locally. You'll shape web and mobile products end-to-end, working in both Thai and English with senior stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams.
This is not a backlog-management role. It's for someone who enjoys ambiguity, takes initiative, and thinks like a builder.

What you'll own
- Lead client-facing digital products across the full lifecycle, with accountability for quality and outcomes
- Run product discovery, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions not just document requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Work closely with engineers, reviewing technical decisions and trade-offs with confidence
- Act as a senior product partner to clients, balancing scope, timelines, and quality
- Contribute to improving internal product standards, delivery processes, and ways of working
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong technical background, ideally as a former software developer (minimum 2 years hands-on)
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with confidence working directly with senior clients
- Deep understanding of agile delivery, user-story-driven development, and modern product practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and making decisions
- High attention to detail, strong judgement, and the ability to propose pragmatic alternatives
- Based in Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok
