Role Summary – Solution Architect
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a Solution Architect role who will be the owner of enterprise customer success at Superleap. You will be the strategic partner for clients—guiding them from requirements to reality.
You will manage relationships with enterprise customers, understand their business deeply, design end-to-end solution architect on Superleap, document requirements, manage timelines, and ensure smooth, predictable delivery.
You are the voice of the customer inside Superleap and the face of Superleap for the customer.
Working closely with the Forward Deployed Engineer, you will shape the overall solution design, translate business goals into technical execution plans, and ensure every project lands successfully—with clarity, trust, and impact.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, problem-solving, and ownership—and wants to build long-term relationships with high-value enterprise customers while working at the intersection of business, product, and technology.
