Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to design, develop, and deliver high-quality ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation and long-term system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to support business operations
- Customize and extend system functionalities to meet specific business requirements
- Build and manage integrations between D365 BC and external applications or services
- Translate business needs into effective and scalable technical designs
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and system solutions
- Perform system testing, debugging, and issue resolution to maintain system stability
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Support data handling activities including migration, validation, and synchronization
- Maintain clear and structured technical documentation for solutions and changes
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams
- Participate in solution discussions, technical planning, and decisions
- Stay current with platform updates and continuously improve technical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, F&O (Finance and Operation)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as AL, C#, or .NET technologies
- Experience working with APIs, web services, or system integrations
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures (e.g., SQL Server)
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and design practical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
