Designation : Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Technical Leadership

• Drive technical excellence across full stack development using Angular/React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js (Express), and Kafka
• Provide architectural guidance and participate in critical technical decision-making
• Ensure adoption of best practices in coding, scalability, and maintainability

Architecture & Cloud Capability

• Design and implement microservices-based architectures and scalable systems
• Lead cloud adoption and solutioning with a preference for Azure, with exposure to AWS/GCP
• Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency of solutions

Delivery Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams (onshore/offshore)
• Drive hiring, mentoring, performance management, and team development
• Ensure effective execution of Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Enforce WFO adherence, JIRA tracking, and governance practices
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure alignment with delivery goals

Hands-on Engineering & Quality Practices

• Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and solution development when required
• Drive clean coding standards, code reviews, and engineering excellence
• Ensure robust unit testing and integration testing
• Champion modern development practices across Node.js and React ecosystems

Customer Delivery & Governance

• Own CSAT/NPS metrics and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Manage client stakeholders and drive strategic engagement
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business expectations
• Enforce SOP compliance and delivery governance frameworks

Process Excellence, Risk & DevOps

• Define and implement SOPs, delivery frameworks, and best practices
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevOps maturity
• Leverage Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Implement secure systems with Auth0, RBAC
• Ensure performance tuning and system optimization
• Promote and embed Agile methodologies across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in full stack technologies
• Proven experience in technical delivery management of large-scale programs
• Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud platforms
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
