About the Role - 'We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to reinforce our Team and business requirements.'

• Create and issue specifications for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging components, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project goals.
• Develop and update technical documentation for twisting, weaving, standard weaving plans, dip recipes, and mixing procedures. Use data analysis and customer requirements to drive quality improvements in production.
• Define and revise process and outgoing quality limits for greige cord, greige fabric, dipped fabric, dip solutions, and auxiliary materialsensuring compliance with both internal benchmarks and customer expectations.
• Responsible for customer trials, providing technical explanations and comments to support successful approvals.
• Lead technical investigations and evaluations in response to customer claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of quality concerns.
• Organize and execute root cause analyses for quality issues. Propose and implement corrective actions, monitor outcomes, and refine solutions as needed.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during customer visits and audits, confidently addressing all product-related inquiries and ensuring a professional representation of our capabilities.

Qualifications - Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, Petrochemical or Manufacturing Technology. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in related field.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Minitab.
• Strong ownership, independently finish work, be good at analysis and communicate, team work spirit and could lead a team.
• Ability of multi task, problem solving and negotiation skills, team-oriented and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good in communication, interpersonal skill, presentation skill and facilitation skill.
• Having knowledge about IATF16949:2015, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• No restriction to travel in and abroad.
