Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with over 8 years of experience in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of architectural and design concepts, with a proven track record in implementing microservices architecture. This role requires hands-on experience with Angular 14, Typescript, CSS, and Javascript, as well as expertise in Node.js. The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding a scrum team, making architectural decisions, and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions using microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with the client architect team to make architectural and design decisions.
- Oversee the scrum team, ensuring effective agile practices and adherence to coding standards.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in an AWS environment.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure team members follow coding guidelines.
- Facilitate debugging and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Ensure the integration of AI technologies within the teams projects.
- Regularly update management on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Promote security best practices during the development process.

Qualifications
