Job Summary

We are looking for a **Technical Lead – Full Stack Java Developer** with **7+ years of experience** in developing enterprise-grade applications within the **Banking or FinTech domain**. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Javascript/ React, and experience leading technical teams while delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise banking/FinTech applications.

- Mentor and guide the development team through code reviews and technical best practices.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build responsive web applications using Javascript or React.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in architecture design, technical estimations, and release planning.

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements.

- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Candidate

- 7+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.

- 2+ years of experience leading development teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Banking or FinTech product-based organizations is mandatory.
