Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, ensuring best practices, and driving technical excellence. This role requires both hands-on coding and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions
• Oversee the adherence of design and development principles along with continuous implementation and optimization of related approaches, tools and workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and address escalated technical issues and defects to drive the resolution of issues according to application SLA.
• Identifying platform elements and designing platform architecture that is needed in order to support key product features.
• Enforce and implement source code management best practices, standards and tools such as automation for management of source codes.
• Collaborating with team of designers, developers, DevOps, QA and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Provide solutions to integrate with external technical services, such as message brokers, search engines, and cloud databased into the application's architecture.
• Coach and mentor developers within the squad, providing guidance on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years as a technical lead
• Solid hands-on experience with modern development languages (e.g., Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js)
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices
• Strong leadership in technical decision-making, code quality assurance, and technical risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in software development (e.g., Java, Golang, Python, or Node.js)
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and software lifecycle
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to guide development teams in Agile practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, version control (Git), and code quality tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills

Certifications (Optional)
