In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our innovative products and services while leading and mentoring a team of developers. The ideal candidate should be technically strong in backend development, passionate about coding, and experienced in managing and scaling high-performance teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using NodeJS and related technologies
- Lead a development team of 10–15 members or multiple squads, providing technical direction, coaching, and quality oversight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
- Identify and implement development best practices, tools, and processes to improve code quality and team productivity
- Ensure adherence to software engineering standards, security protocols, and QA processes
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of milestones
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate modern technologies into development strategies
🔹 What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Strong in backend technologies—proficient in Node.js or Java, and still hands-on technically
- 3+ years of proven experience in leading and managing development teams
- Excellent coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience or exposure to Golang is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage and prioritize complex tasks
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
