Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of EV Charging Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, and EV charging technologies, with proven experience in leading engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. - Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS/CMS), Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS), and EV charging digital solutions.
- Drive integration between Charge Point Management Systems and charging hardware from multiple OEMs.
- Lead implementation of OCPP 1.6J, OCPP 2.0.1, OCPI, and other EV charging communication standards.
- Define solution architecture and ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, risk management, and release execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while fostering engineering best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Drive adoption of Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and cloud-native development practices.
- Required Skills
- Minimum 12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of EV charging platforms, CPMS, RMS, OCPP, and OCPI.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
