Technical Lead-SAP BTP

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MCA (Master of Computer Application) preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP or similar ERP integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CPI integration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership

• Lead and supervise local Finance IT and TCOE team members.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance work environment.

Integration Development

• Lead the TCOE team in delivering integration solutions and ensuring continuity.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP CPI integrations.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support test cycles and ensure integrations meet functional and technical expectations.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for integrations.

Collaboration & Support

• Work with business analysts, cross-functional teams, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting, monitoring, and supporting integration processes.

Technical Skills:

• SAP CPI, integration technologies, OData, RESTful APIs, Web Services.
• Knowledge of data formats: JSON, XML, CSV.
• Familiarity with HTTPS, SFTP, JDBC, Proxy.
• Data transformation and mapping fundamentals.
• SAP CPI training/certification is a plus.
