Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8–12 years of software development experience to lead module-level technical delivery. The candidate must be expert in Java or .NET, API and microservices design, and code quality practices. Experience in AI project integration is a strong plus.

Qualifications & Skills

Core Development

• Expert in Java (Spring Boot) and/or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), with 3+ years in a lead role
• Strong RESTful API and SOAP Web Services design and development
• Deep microservices architecture knowledge: service decomposition, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
• Solid grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and SonarQube code analysis

AI Project Experience (Preferred)

• Experience integrating AI/ML model APIs or LLM services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) into backend systems
• Understanding of ML deployment patterns: REST inference endpoints, async processing

Key Responsibilities

Guide Team

• Lead and mentor developers; break down requirements into technical tasks and effort estimates
• Act as primary technical point of contact for the module across business and delivery teams

Ensure Code Quality

• Enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure adequate test coverage
• Monitor SonarQube metrics and champion refactoring and technical debt reduction

Resolve Issues

• Investigate and resolve complex bugs and production incidents; perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support QA during SIT, E2E, and UAT phases; escalate cross-module blockers with impact assessment
