Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET and React.
Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams through code reviews, pair programming, and best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Break down business requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, software design principles, and security best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Drive Agile development practices, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.
Participate in architectural discussions and technology roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of software development experience with a technical leadership experience
