About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Manager to take full responsibility for technical and engineering management within our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Technical & Engineering Management
- Oversee all technical operations within the factory
- Manage production engineering, maintenance, and equipment performance
- Ensure machinery reliability, preventive maintenance planning, and technical troubleshooting
- Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and technical upgrades
- Production & Process Improvement
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and cost control
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze technical data to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Support new product introduction and technical feasibility evaluation
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industrial requirements
- Supervise implementation of safety procedures and risk prevention measures
- Maintain technical documentation and audit readiness
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage engineering and technical teams
- Provide technical training and performance guidance
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and management teams
- Report technical performance and operational status to top management
- Strategic Planning & Budget Control
- Participate in annual technical planning and budgeting
- Control maintenance and engineering costs
- Propose long-term technical development strategies aligned with company goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related fields)
- Minimum [X] years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of factory management and equipment systems
- Experience in equipment installation, process improvement, and technical problem-solving
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills (Thai required; Chinese or English is an advantage)
