Position Overview

A strategic role focused on driving Bureau Veritas&apos sustainability services growth, developing new business opportunities, and positioning the organization as a leading sustainability solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new sustainability-related business opportunities
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans for sustainability services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in sustainability sectors
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals and presentations

Sales Strategy

  • Set and achieve annual revenue targets for sustainability services
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Develop pricing strategies for sustainability consulting and verification services
  • Manage and expand client portfolio in sustainability segment

Client Engagement

  • Provide expert consultations on sustainability strategies
  • Develop tailored sustainability solutions for diverse industry sectors
  • Support clients in ESG reporting, carbon management, and sustainable transformation
  • Represent Bureau Veritas at industry conferences and sustainability events

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability consulting or business development
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability standards
  • Proven track record in sales and business development

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Global sustainability standards (GRI, SASB, CDP)
    • Carbon accounting methodologies
    • Climate risk assessment
    • Sustainable business transformation strategies
