Responsible for supporting pre-sale work such as solution approach and system design.
Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and presentation documents, writing technical requirements, and making compliance spec or TOR, RFP, and POC.
Giving advice and presenting IT products or IT Solutions, presenting the company's products and services.
Design appropriate systems and equipment according to customer needs.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the company solutions and provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to assist in moving opportunities from early-stage qualification to closure.
Be the key product subject matter expert to determine how the product can be integrated into the client's overall technology solution.
Responsible for performing necessary research on third-party technologies, tools, and applications that are introduced during the pre-sales process.
Achieve and maintain relevant certifications and necessary credentials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a pre-sale, technical sales, or consulting role in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Experience with security, compliance, migration, deployment, and Integration.
Strong knowledge of the products or services and their applications in various industries and scenarios.
Certifications or training in relevant technologies or platforms are a plus.
