Job Description

Job summary:

We are seeking a Technical Presales to support our project-based software development business. You will take ownership of discovery, solution design, proposal preparation, and client presentations. By combining technical knowledge with strong communication skills, you will help clients understand the right solutions while ensuring technical feasibility for our internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand business goals, technical requirements, and project constraints.
  • Translate client needs into high-level technical solutions, ensuring clear value propositions and alignment with business outcomes.
  • Design and present tailored solution proposalsincluding web, mobile, platform-based, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Prepare preliminary scopes of work, high-level estimations, and proposed timelines in collaboration with the development team.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, or conceptual mockups to support sales engagements.
  • Participate in RFP/RFQ processes, including requirement analysis, proposal development, and submission for government or enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and sales teams during presales activities and project handovers.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry best practices to enhance solution quality and presales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or software project-related roles.
  • Experience working in a software house, digital agency, or custom software development (project-based) environment.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to enterprise or public-sector RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Ability to create rapid wireframes or mockups to support client discussions and demonstrations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently, handle complex client requirements, and manage end-to-end proposal development.
