Job Responsibilities
1. Lead technical and market research in the meter industry, including collecting and analyzing communication solutions, on-site operating conditions, and special requirements. Evaluate customer needs, bidding specifications, certification standards, and delivery requirements to provide data support for business decisions.
2. Collect competitor information and conduct in-depth benchmarking analysis. Track and coordinate with the R&D team to ensure the progress of competitor disassembly, technical analysis, and product optimization.
3. Deliver professional product technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical implantation. Compile and issue product development feasibility reports and technical proposals to support business development and product iteration.
4. Oversee project initiation coordination, track key project milestones, follow up on customer-side delivery progress, conduct timely risk warning, and promote the closure of technical and business issues to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
5. Provide technical support for bidding activities: interpret tender terms, organize and prepare technical documents, and collaborate with the R&D team to complete technical responses and provide comprehensive tender support.
6. Be responsible for internal and external technical docking and joint debugging, including organizing joint testing, coordinating technical interfaces, and working with relevant teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
7. Provide full-process support for customer product trials, on-site trial installations, installation training, problem rectification, and project acceptance to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
8. Continuously track new industry technologies, updated industry standards, and competitor dynamics. Output in-depth market insights to assist the company in formulating product planning and iteration strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above with a full-time education background. Majors in Electronic Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology & Instruments, Automation, Electronic Information, or other related fields are preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the electronics industry, or at least 3 years of professional experience in the energy meter / smart meter industry. Candidates with prior experience in R&D, testing, product management, or technical marketing will be given priority.
3. Possess solid knowledge of basic electronic product development, be proficient in metering and meter products, and have a good understanding of the Thailand meter market, relevant certification requirements, and application scenarios.
4. Fluent in English, which will be used as the working language. Demonstrated excellent English reading, writing, and translation capabilities, as well as effective business oral communication skills. Candidates with basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
5. Proficient in using office software including Office/WPS, PowerPoint, Excel, and email tools (e.g., Outlook, Foxmail).
6. Strong logical thinking ability, excellent business presentation and document writing skills, and outstanding communication and coordination capabilities across internal and external teams. Be proactive, highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and possess good team spirit and customer service awareness.
