The Technical Product Owner Supervisor leads the planning, delivery, and operation of digital and e-commerce platforms by aligning business goals with technical execution. The role drives product strategy, manages end-to-end development in Agile environments, and ensures seamless system integration across teams. Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Technical Execution
- Assist in defining and maintaining the product roadmap, aligning business and technical priorities.
- Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback
- Collaborate with Developer and other relevant teams to ensure seamless delivery of new features and system enhancements.
- Support the development of task assignment functions for the Agent App to improve sales team efficiency.
- Contribute to improvements in the recurring payment system, checkout flow, and subscription management of the E-commerce platform.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall experience across platforms.
- Define the product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback
2. Product Delivery & Product Operation
- Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product release coordination.
- Ensure all development efforts align with business goals and user needs in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall) environment.
- Lead and synergize end-to-end journeys with cross-functional development team from scratch to product launch successfully (UXUI, UAT, PROD)
- Prepare operation process and change management process , training program, demo: FAQ, User Manual
- Resolve incidents and provide ongoing support post-launch with call center, service desk and others.
- Monitor product performance growth through KPIs: Revenue, Customer Acquisition, Market penetration and awareness
3. Technical Collaboration & Integration
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and limitations, helping to resolve them proactively.
- Assist in preparing API documentation and planning for technical integration across platforms.
- Analyze system performance and user feedback to recommend data-driven improvements.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Data Analysis
- Act as a liaison between business, design, development teams and stakeholders.
- Be able to explain complicated technical terms in simple terms and be able to tailor the explanation to the audience
- Support performance tracking to improve conversion, engagement, and agent productivity.
- Assist in analyzing key product metrics and reporting on product performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, information technology, computer science or a related field
- At least 2+ years of direct experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst role with a track record of managing all stages of a product's lifecycle
- Exposure to product design, design thinking, and user-centric development.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integration concepts, and basic technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Project management tools or Collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, ] Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms.
- Experience in E-commerce systems, payment gateways, and subscription models is a plus.
- Experience with CRM, sales tools, or agent task management platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
- Certified product management: CSPO, PSPO or project management: CAPM, PMP, CSM is a plus.
