About The Role

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through execution. This role bridges engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

The Impact You'll Make:

Program Leadership

• Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage program timelines and governance

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Align engineering, operations, procurement, and quality teams
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts

Technical Execution Oversight

• Ensure technical feasibility and scalability
• Support process development and production ramp

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks and mitigation plans
• Maintain risk register and escalate issues

Schedule, Cost & Resource Management

• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources
• Track KPIs and program progress

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering or related field
• 8–10+ years in program/project management
• Experience in manufacturing or industrialization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
