Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above in automation related major/English major
- Understand the automation design process, connect with engineering customers, understand design requirements, lead the project team to implement the design, feasibility study, review DFM, and communicate with customers to efficiently lock the design
- Have strong communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can effectively connect with customers and internal teams, and reasonably allocate resources.
- Proficient in using project management tools, writing project documents, and having project analysis and identification capabilities, cost management capabilities, schedule management capabilities, engineering management capabilities, resource management capabilities, production management capabilities, etc.
- Have a certain understanding of 6 Sigma, familiar with data analysis methods and design methodology
- Understand automation structure design software, be able to understand 3D/2D drawings, and have a deep understanding of standard parts design and selection
- Understand automation electrical design, be able to understand wiring diagrams, and understand electrical components.
- Understand automation control software, be familiar with programming languages, and automation software architecture
- Understand visual design selection, and be familiar with the functions, parameters, and debugging of visual components
- After the DFM is finalized and the production requirements are obtained, formulate a production plan, organize the team to issue materials, purchase, assemble, debug, test, and ship, etc.
- Can organize the production line wiring, formulate a wiring plan, and communicate with customers to adjust the wiring progress in a timely manner
- Hardworking, can accept business trips, maintain effective communication with the factory end/terminal client, and accompany production/debugging/testing/project summary
- More than 3 years of experience in automation project management
