Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of overall experience and a strong technical background in software development. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a Developer/Software Engineer role into Technical Leadership and Project Management, with hands-on experience in technologies such as Embedded Systems.

Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional software and engineering teams.
• Drive project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and execution.
• Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, product teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical leadership and support based on prior programming and engineering experience.
• Manage customer and stakeholder communication, including project status and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality processes, and domain-specific engineering standards.
• Facilitate technical discussions and support issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT/Engineering experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Project Manager.
• Strong prior hands-on programming background in one or more of:
• C++
• Embedded Systems
• Embedded C / C++
• Clear career progression from Developer/Software Engineer → Technical Lead → Project Manager/Technical Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing software development or engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, client communication, team management, and risk management.
